Enjoy A Brazilian Barbecue Feast

A fan of Brazilian barbecue? If you’re from Sydney chances are you have visited or at least heard of the Brazilian barbecue restaurant, Braza Churrascaria.

A magical place where waiters (or Passadors as they are known) walk around with skewers of meat, serving patrons as much or as little as they’d like. Braza is a well-known location for lovers of barbecue. Side dishes such as tomato salsa, potato salad and cassava flour are often just as popular as the meat dishes on offer.

Andre Felicio, owner of the restaurant chain, has created a cookbook (called Braza) filled with recipes for the dishes served in his restaurant plus more.

We were lucky enough to get our hands on three recipe extracts from the cookbook Braza to share with you all. The recipes are: Beef Ribs “Strips” with Chimmi Churri Sauce, Pork Belly Strips and Four-Cheese Crunchy Rice with Aubergine Salsa.

Serve all three dishes up for a Brazilian barbecue feast or try them one at a time.
