Craig Brickwood and his partner needed to renovate their ensuite bathroom and decided to start from scratch.

‘Using a cheap jackhammer, I didn’t waste any time ripping into old wall and floor tiles. Stripping it bare, I repaired some rotten timber studs before calling in experts to do specialist plumbing work,’ says Craig.

‘I saved heaps of money by doing the heavy labour myself and we’re very pleased with the result.’

The entire project cost $7500.
