Hello Handyman-ers! Today we are looking to the past with this vintage DIY project from our archives. This medieval toy castle was made by slotting cardboard towers and plywood walls together with plastic ivy being used to glue the walls together.

Medieval style castles are still very popular today, which is exactly what makes this old-school DIY project interesting. As they say: the more things change, the more they stay the same. Children’s toys become more advanced and intricate with each passing year and yet simple, “old-fashioned”, toys still hold just as much appeal!
