Smart Home Access Management From Your Smartphone
Schlage

The connected home is big business.

According to Statista, current smarthome penetration in 2018 is at 19 and is expected to ramp up to 37.6 in 2022, making device interoperability with smart hubs such as Apple HomeKit integral.

Easily managed from a smartphone, tablet or other device, the Schlage Sense™ Smart Deadbolt integrates seamlessly with Apple HomeKit.

This puts the homeowner in control of the rest of their home, giving them the power to set scenes for things like lights, doors and thermostats.

Even better, users with Apple TV® can enjoy these tasks remotely.

Connection possibilities between the Schlage Sense lock and smart device are wireless and easy.

The Schlage Sense lock provides key-free access, and the ability to store 30 unique access codes to provide homeowners with exceptional convenience.

The Schlage Sense is compatible with iOS devices and Android phones.

The Schlage Sense app gives homeowners option for virtual key management which is simple and efficient.

Virtual keys are like electronic credentials.

If your guest has a smartphone, you can send them a virtual key through the cloud from wherever you are – even if you don’t have the lock set up for remote access.

Your guest will receive a secure link that expires within 24 hours and leads them to the Schlage Sense app where their virtual key is accepted.

When they arrive at the door with their Bluetooth enabled smartphone, the lock will recognize their secure credentials and allow access.

Thanks to the Bluetooth connection between the lock and their phone, they will be able to unlock the door right then and there using the Schlage Sense app.

The system has the highest rating certified by USA’s Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA).

The Schlage Sense lock is available in two styles, Camelot and Century, in a variety of finishes, including Matte Black, Satin Nickel and Aged Bronze.
